James repointed some brick on my chimney and cast a new cap in late summer of 2022. Did great work in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this person.

Had water penetration due to an ice dam buildup on my roof. James came in and cleared the roof buildup, strategically channelled the runoff and showed me how to prevent this in the future. Quick response, very good to work with, reasonable price.
We were extremely happy with the quality of work, and the communication throughout the project! They were also very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we were kept up-to-date throughout the project. They also helped coordinate other contractors to come in, such as a plumber for a new sump pump, and the cost for all items of the project was very reasonable. We highly recommend James and will definitely be using their services again!
I had a crumbling chimney that needed to be capped when a new furnace was installed in my home. I called a few masons but Fine Line Roofing & Masonry were the first to come give me an estimate within the day. Two days later they were working on my chimney and their estimate was accurate. Service was efficient and professional. Will definitely hire them again to do masonry work on my foundation. Thank you!
James and the team are honest, professional, and all around fantastic. We had a patio build including retaining walls. Communication was great throughout the project and the end product is better than we thought it would be. Not only did they get the project done, they accommodated us regarding some cosmetic issues we asked them to address, which they did in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
I was told that roof installation would be in about 4-6 weeks, but it was done in a week. The installation only took 2 days. The result looks great, I don’t have to worry about my roof for as long as I am in this house. Wonderful for peace of mind.
The contractor’s workmanship was good, obviously takes pride in his work. Job also entailed minor repairs to a poured concrete stairway. Did the quote and work himself, is not a subcontractor. Work took two days for two men. Thanks!
